Refund Policy

At Thrive Era Collective, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Physical Products (Journals, Clarity Cards, etc.)

Returns: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method (shipping costs are non-refundable).

Exchanges: If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement at no extra cost.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Customized & Personalized Items
Customized items (such as journals with personalization) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Digital Products (Downloads, Printables, Guides)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for digital downloads. If you experience issues accessing your file, please contact us for assistance.
